Nice, moody tune, with a grand opening, I like it. The change around 2:30 is actually expected much earlier (around 1:00-1:30) and to continue that way, without going back to the general tempo. | User Comment Submitted by Stainless Steel on 16 August 2013
Not my slice of cheese, sorry.
Lengthy enough and mildly intricate but the marching beat just drags on and on. Some earlier elaboration on the uptempo end would have made things more interesting. | User Comment Submitted by spider-j on 15 August 2013
@Ryk: I composed this with rather crappy headphones on my notebook which lead to too much high frequencies and too thin bass when listening on my stereo via real machine (at least for my taste).
@Dr.j: "kleiner Hosenscheißer" or short "kleiner Kacker" in german is a term for a little kid that still shits its pants =) Kaese / Käse is just german for Cheese... So I kept the alliteration and kind of the phonetics from the word "CheeseCutter".
So it's my "kleiner Kacker" (child, first try) with CheeseCutter.
On the other hand you could also read the word as just "a person who shits cheese" - which makes no sense.
Mh. Confusing to explain. I just like puns and play on words and stuff like that :-)
@all: thank you! I'm glad you like it. | User Comment Submitted by Dr.j on 15 August 2013
I have heard the tune (btw what does it mean the name "KaeseKacker" any kind of laugh? sound like Iddish)
and it was surprisingly good and nice for a first try in the editor. the end is very cool with the change tempo | User Comment Submitted by Mr.Ammo on 15 August 2013
Great atmosphere in this tune... and the ending, quite surprising ;) | User Comment Submitted by Shine on 12 August 2013 User Comment Submitted by chatGPZ on 12 August 2013
nice one - i can totally hear where you are coming from | User Comment Submitted by TheRyk on 12 August 2013
Don't really hear f--ked up instruments, other competitors managed to torture my ears more with that tracker (as you did before with other trackers, eh eh eh).
This one's really good, esp for half a day work with a new tool. |
