Based on a CRT where oziphantom has already fixed GAME OVER->Phantom Sprites bug. Fixed by MYD: Level Display no longer shows garbage when more than 9 lives but stops display(!) at 9 (but of course counts correctly if you've got more). Slightly different level skip options than in previous cracks. Didn't feel like hisaving this and didn't really nothing that didn't work on NTSC jumped in my face.
