Yeah it's difficult to parse, but they're actually talking about the original Space Opera, Part I, when they mention MCG at the beginning of the scroll. The rest of the releases mentioned also refer to Part I, not Part II.

The following releases of Part I are mentioned:

"MCG'S(THE MEGA)" - Madonna Cracking Group released a Mega-Trained version?

"OK'S(THE RERELEASE)" - Space Opera [seuck]

"NPN'S(NAME CHANGED TO MOON OPERATOR BUT THE SAME GAME)" - Moon Operator +2 [seuck]

So here we have Part II, with:

MCG import (this one, with no trianers)
