TheRyk guessed it right. This is a modded version of Mini Painter III by RMS. The original was coded in 1987 and just looked different. I found it on one of the many disks he gave me after buying an Amiga in the same year. He probably never released MP III, so I did it for him. :)

My guess is, he modded/enhanced an old R.-M.-Soft tool from the mid-80s and released it in 2000
