it's probably visible only if the right bytes are loaded with $ff
load but do not run it, enter vice monitor

now the "amp" sprites are visible.
The prg is probably truncated as it's not only missing the expected data at $c62c but also the code is truncated, ends with
C5FC  AD FF 03  LDA $03FF

and nothing after that.

Sloppy coding in any case, see at $1025
