| Markus Schneider sure made some tunes in Sound-/Rockmonitor, so it's likely to be his. Anyway, we just ask him. Ripped and scheduled for HVSC #54. |

Nice tune!
Markus Schneider (Diflex) seemed to be the only musician in Level 99 at the time, but it's pretty doubtful that he composed music in RockMonitor, especially in 1989. |
