The image used as a reference was the iconic amiga pic of king Tutankhamun made by Avril Harrison.
The PETSCII version is done with Marq's PETSCII editor that allows a reference image. The original is modified quite a lot. My version is done with an aim of tracing the original by hand. Workstages were not required in the compo and they are as well sadly lost.
Comparison with the original reference:

Wow. For me, this creates the illusion of extra colors more successfully than many MC images. | User Comment Submitted by anonym on 27 April 2021
Great PETSCII.
I loved this comment on Twitter:

Quoting @YeahStephanI love the fact that Tutankhamun sought immortality during his lifetime, but his successor Ay wanted to erase him from history. Nevertheless, it is he who is universally known today and still haunts our computers. He is truly immortal. | User Comment Submitted by Jammer on 26 April 2021 User Comment Submitted by Electric on 26 April 2021
Thanks! Most prolly recognized the reference – Amiga pic that sold Amiga to most of us. With a closer look you may also notice it's not really the same image at all as I had to modify it a lot to meet the PETSCII requirements. So, lots of details were left out and some parts changed. The name is fake indeed, it's not the real 'Tut' but somewhat lookalike. Anyway, had fun doing this. Took a lot of time to find the right chars in some spots. The background colour choice ($d021 is dark brown, 9) fits this pic nicely.
I've made some more tests on if a 'realistic' image (like this) can be done with PETSCII. It's relatively possible IF the image does not contain too many details. So, a couple of more remakes coming out someday, stay tuned. | User Comment Submitted by Monte Carlos on 26 April 2021

Congrats to the well-deserved victory, and to yet another fantastic image of yours, Tommi! One of the best PETSCIIs I've ever seen. Magical what can be done in the hands of a genius. | User Comment Submitted by Deev on 25 April 2021
