I have to agree a little bit with Jetan here; the composition is strong, but the dithering is a little too much. I don't recall who invented that stripey-dithering, but Sarge perfected it. This looks like the artist just discovered it. With a little tightening up, this could be really, really good.

Yes, there's a lot going on here, but dithering doesn't require much from the viewer. This needs to be improved - this is what the author should work on, because it looks poor. For me personally, it is weak. Not much effort in this work. It's not good at all if everyone is kissing each other's buttocks. In such a way there will not be any progress of civilization, The picture is OK, but dihering is post none.
