@kickback: Fixed it, thanks for the bug report. Had nothing to do with NTSC, but the scroller code went nuts.

I like the logo.
The side-border scroller with stretched sprite in the right border looks unintentional.
The hires blue flames fail to look like flames due to the lack of animation frames.
You might want to check out the flames that feature in Oxyron's Coma Light 12 released back 1994

Crashes on NTSC after 2 minutes. (at the point of talking about ntsc fixed. Maybe the speed up is killing it.)

overall, quite a cool one, I love the strechted/unstretched effect when scrollsprites enter, logo is also great, but some room for improvement regarding the (flames?) stuff above logo
