I wonder if /DEMOS/M-R/Maniacs_3.sid is really by Hitop? Sounds like Detert to me...

just to confirm that... do they sound exactly! the same or are there slight differences?

Hitop also pretended to have done all the musics for the game E.X.I.S. which is nonsense. A faking lamer.

Rough: Nice find!

They're not identical bit for bit, but they sound the same since this "player 2.0 by hitop" is identical to the Future Composer player in the version in HVSC, as far as I can see.

[irony]
I guess this means that hitop wrote the FC player, and hence he's the Godfather (together with Hubbard, for very different reasons) of all MON players. :D

Jox: I saw that too but it made no sense to me att all.

Rough: Thanks, off to listen to it now.

Violator: Memory at $1006 says "Player 2.0 by hitop of crazy style/hitmen". I'd guess the music, too, is made by Hitop. The tune doesn't seem to be in the HVSC.
