@TheRyk:

Even 32 years later, I cannot see any racism in this program. Ultimately, it was intended as a parody of the really racist programs on the C64. In fact, I wasn't doing anything different to what Monty Python did in the 70s with their Judean People's Front in Life of Brian (I hope everyone knows what I mean after the scene didn't make it into the finished movie).
Would I still program a game like that today? Probably not. But I'm not really ashamed of it either.

this (very bad joke / "fake crack") to diss Grandmaster AJ) would make more sense than it being real

On 2nd thoughts, other releases by him also look pretty whacko
*shrug* not impossible he made up the game, introslapped it and spread it as a crack

I find the greetings most interesting (JTR, Scorpe, Paul Plodder ...)

Never seen this "game" before. I am willing to bet its a relatively new production, meant to be (a very bad) joke.

must admit I was about to censor this but it's so crappy (German dude not knowing enough German to produce a menu without language mistakes but somehow trying to be ironic and still just making a racist dork of himself) and so pathetic that censoring would mean protecting someone against his follies of youth (hope the dude grew out of being a total dork), yet everyone deserves the shame he produced well, even after decades, ask Mr Aiwanger
