in part 2 scroller:"all these rates of exchange were taken out of 'stavanger aftenblad' dated 29. november 1990"
There we go, could be only december 1990 at this point.

In last part it's written "music from a 'the voice' demo"
The tune is Live and Let Die and the only known The Voice demo with that tune is 4th Dimension
so this was made and released later than september 1990
