Come on guys.. let it be. I remember Dk making a joke about Leon's pictures not having correct anatomic proportions and 'blurry' backgrounds. At least I think so, but I can't find it anymore. Anyway, this is Leons best response ever.

Or was I dreaming that Dk made that joke?

24 year old facts. Scene was full of art that was made from references in the early years. so many did it without any bad intentions. I also did use movie posters, etc. as a reference more than 30 years ago. Even honoured musicians like Rob Hubbard and Martin Galway shamelessly copied Jarre and others without mentioning. But is it really worth it, digging out every evidence now, just because we can? So DeeKay used a reference for a (still) great piece of art that surely took him hours of work. I don’t care. But if it makes you happy, keep on digging. I will just ignore the pixel police from now on…

@Scrap: this is not made from scratch either.
I have no problem with that, and it's a demo anyway. anything is possible.
I was just pointing out the facts.

Look, I found the original picture! Deus Ex Machina

Peasants: We have found a witch! (A witch! a witch!)
Burn her burn her!

Peasant 1: We have found a witch, may we burn her?
(cheers)
Vladimir: How do you known she is a witch?
P2: She looks like one!

Scrap: I don't see any bashing about it, chill. There was a reference and it's normal reporting what it was the original.

@ CopAss: really? now we are bashing a 24 years old artwork for a demo, because it was "wired"? Go ahead and comment about every release from 2, 3 or 4 decades ago for stealing original art and you'll have a fulltime job... But hey, at least DeeKay didn't use AI.

One big advantage of this interpretation of the original piece is that it doesn't flicker like hell :)
And I also like how it's done!
Keep on going, Leon!
