I bumped up into a version with:
5211 SYS2064

2828 SYS 2066 SR! indicates Softrunner as cracker. SRB looks like someone changed it (re-cracked).
Furthermore: Nuwave is the label under which the software-company CRL (Tau Ceti, Dracula etc..) published the program. |

Well, it's had it's protection broken in some form so it might be possible to class it as a crack? Startline reads...
