If Made, Acryl and Cyclone had a secret love child together and gave it a C64 I think it would probably grow up to make pictures like this. And that's not really a bad thing at all.

First of all, thanks a lot for all the lovely comments, I really appreciate them! :)

The pencil drawing was just one from a series of my small practice on drawing faces. This particular piece was chosen because I felt like it has a calm, relaxing mood - what I exactly needed for the rest - this year's main motive of Breakpoint - the garden/flowers/nature stuff. In case the face looks strange, that's probably due to having no professional experience in drawing anatomy, except from learning in my classes in secondary school. Helm will probably fix the errors if he'll find some time ;)

And don't forget to check it out on a plain C64. I've tried to reduce the flickering as much as possible. Of course there are still some glitches, especially on the areas with high contrast, but at least your eyes won't bleed out, I promise ;)

Once again, I'd like to thank Clarence for his lovely editor - the most stable one I've ever used on C64

Don't worry Dane, this one was most likely my last compopicture till X :) Back to pixelling for the demo.

This is one of the best pics I've seen on the C-64. A truly master piece!

Simply lovely, thanks for the pencil sketch. Interesting, the changes on the eyebrows and eyeshadow really alter her character. I'll have to ask my coder friends to convert this to NTSC so I can really view it!

Edit: ...and thanks for the workstages, I am much more impressed now. :)

I know, why the face looks a bit strange:
It's a hidden easter egg. ;)

I like the eyes, the lips, and everything around the face, but not the face itself. Probably the palette used for the face that makes me less fond of that part...

The flowers are fabulous, BTW, and the foliage is just amazing.
