You keep hitting back lately with quite creative/unusual stuff, Vai! This is cool. I also loved your morning air music. | User Comment Submitted by ptoing on 17 May 2008
Finished the 5 levels that are there. Nice start. You took the puzzles from Mario Picross I guess.
I dunno if I have enough time, but I am quite a big picross fan and would like to help out. I already have some ideas to make it look quite a bit nicer. | User Comment Submitted by Mace on 17 May 2008
Levels 1 and 2 are doable, but level 3 is already a bitch for me :D | User Comment Submitted by Zyron on 14 May 2008
Ouch, gives me a headache. | User Comment Submitted by Vai on 14 May 2008
For people who still don't get this puzzler game: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7F0CNOWN2gA
- Joystick routine will be improved, it's to fast at the moment
- The block with the X is just a marker you can use if you are sure there isn't a normal block, maybe I will use space to toggle such block on or off.
- Password to select your level will be implemented. | User Comment Submitted by Mace on 13 May 2008
Nice, never played this before and I'm a sucker for puzzles :-)
However, it would be nice if the game wouldn't reset to BASIC but just start over with a cleared game screen.
EDIT 1: perhaps the joystick movement could be set a slightly slower, as it often skips a block... but that might also be the difficulty of the game and my lack of joy skills ;-)
EDIT 2: how do you undo an X set by the space bar, without firing the block (and possibly making an error)?
Besides... what's the point of putting the X there, if the fire button overrides it?!
EDIT 3: a password function to skip played levels would be nice. Just enter the name of the last played figure and you'll be forwarded to the level after that. | User Comment Submitted by The Shadow on 13 May 2008
This game is a unique style of puzzle game. Nicely done! | User Comment Submitted by Vai on 12 May 2008
The calculated numbers are correct, but the numbers at the top must be read upside down.
Got to change that in next preview/final | User Comment Submitted by Paul Bearer on 12 May 2008
Picross on the 64? Excellent!
I would maybe change the controls, so that you need only the joy's fire button - like press once = fill field, press twice (or long) = X.
Is there a mistake in this puzzle? If the first line and the last 2 columns are filled (15), and line 2 ends with a 2, then column 13 can't start with a 2, right? | User Comment Submitted by Vai on 11 May 2008
