i would guess this demo was released in december of 1987, as map was not mentioned as a member in Introducion 2 which was released the end of nov 1987. Unless CBA put 1987 as pure guess :)

...which now that i have seen releases from early 1988 is quite possible, since he is not mentioned in the memberstatus. so i put it in 1988 for now until i can figure it better.

[edit] so after seeing every wwe product in 1988 i can safely put this at around april-may 1988... so will go with may.
