I like the moment where chords come up. :)
Interesting mood too.

...and the snare fits well.

No, don't fix the snare. It's just a sid, isn't it? ;)

Please fix that snare then. It will be perfect for all of us, Marcin. ;-)

Astounding work Marcin! I like this and I've heard similar stuff on the underground music scene. One sound reminds me of the Sanxion remix in fr-010.scx: art by farbrausch. Wicked! Give it a listen and you'll see what I mean. You should cover it, you big hunk of 8580 love. :)

Geir, I understand your point about how people shouldnt get all hung up on the snares and all. I agree that a tune shouldnt be judged solely on it's snare.
But, the snare is such an integral part (atleast in my world) of a tune, since its usually one of the most often played instruments in a song (usually).
So if the snare doesnt sound "right" then it distracts me from the actual music and thus breaks the experience for me.

As i said, otherwise the tune is great. Nice mood.

Which reminds me of a conversation in the ocean forum a couple of years ago.

I think it was Paul Butler? who was talking about how he and Johnathan Dunn (I think Paul wrote the player for Dunn) were trying to make snares that dont sound like (quote) "A wet sponge being thrown into a bucket".

Nice one. I like the sounds. I don't agree on the snaredrum. I think Marcin has been thinking of combining a snare/bass-drum in one ? And it is not the snaredrum itself that should be judged, but the music. It is wonderful.
