this was really useful for me - seems like every other SID/tracker doc assumes you already know how to use a tracker.

I for one prefer a regular .txt over having to open some file that could have been plaintext in a piece of bloatware that rarely seems to work properly :_D

(and yes, that goes for pretty much every 'office' type software I ever tried.)

I don't see what's wrong with plain txt file. What do you gain tranforming it into a pdf? It only increases size and you need another sw to read it.
