Interesting read. Thanks for the effort in compiling this information.
Perhaps I missed this part of the analysis, but do you take in to account "double dip" "triple dip" or even "quadruple dip" releases? For instance, ESI releases game "A". This game is then imported into Europe by two groups, thus giving 3X the weight if it is only considered a single "crack" and counted once.

I think it's ok to add pdf version. Many graphicians add gif files (for workstages) so I think that would be legal this time. :) | User Comment Submitted by Mr. Mouse on 6 August 2010
Hmm.. that is interesting. It was on one of my old workdisks originally. When I opened it it had my tag at the back in memory, therefore I assumed it was mine. (I worked with Voicetracker at the time, and had hacked it so it would save my handle at the end of the a tune file). Now what you point out is interesting. Begs the question, how does his tune end up on my workdisk from 19 years ago, lol, with that tag? Of course, in theory, it may be that I once loaded it up in my Voicetracker and saved it somewhere. There are a lot of small-idea tunes that I never released, and this looked like one of them. If it is not, then so be it. Then it has got the right credits after all. :). Perhaps he sent to me once to review in Addybook? Could that be it? | User Comment Submitted by RaMoS on 6 August 2010 User Comment Submitted by Matt on 6 August 2010
I think it was a great read.
it could have been an article for the upcoming recollection#3. anyway, with statistics it would have really rocked hard. but nevertheless a great read! | User Comment Submitted by Oswald on 6 August 2010
"I don't have the time to do the same work twice. Groepaz already deleted a major effort without caring."
So now you lost your efforts because a copy got deleted ? ROTFL!
You should face that for most, articles dont count as scene releases, even if you use the backdoor to sneak it in it will not be. | User Comment Submitted by Joe on 6 August 2010

Please keep on! | User Comment Submitted by Mr. Mouse on 6 August 2010
Yeah, I know. But I don't have the time to do the same work twice. Groepaz already deleted a major effort without caring. Not going to do it again, just for some lame rule. Sorry. I have other stuff to do. Perhaps someone else would like to plot them in c64 mode. I've got to move on to further analyses now. | User Comment Submitted by Frantic on 5 August 2010
Hmpf.. If the images would have been part of this release, I would have liked it. Now I neither like nor dislike it. :)
Shouldn't be that hard to make a bitmap graph plotter. :) | User Comment Submitted by Mr. Mouse on 5 August 2010
My deepest apologies, I was going to tell everyone ;) | User Comment Submitted by MagerValp on 5 August 2010
