Mega Industries died in 1990, and was rebuilt by Tachyon and MC Sinn on 23 December 1990, during a train ride from Utrecht to Venlo, after the Silicon Limited + Ruthless Party 1990.
First to join after the 2nd birth were Peter Venkman, Ennic, Xtra-T and Henry.
