In 1990, Dexion ran a BBS for FHI at +47-8-144755.

It's unsure that Orb actually did anything for FHI, or if he was a member at all. He's an old friend of Morpheus and Epsilon, and it could have been Epsilon that brought him on-board for a day or three. I (Morpheus) don't remember ever having Lukullus in the group either.
