The group was founded when The Crack Machines & Softtiger (and maybe some other members?)/ACE joined forces in late July 1988. At the start it seems they worked side by side as 2 subgroups of Lazer.
Not too many groups came from Austria, that could be counted to the Elite-Scene, but besides Cosmos, also Lazer made it into the charts.
The group was led by The Edge, who also was their main-cracker.
Had Albion as a subgroup for some time.
Had a coop with Actual in 1990.
