Appears to be "just" a new 53 columns implementation of Z-Machine Interpreter for C64. Original data files seem to work with this one as well.

the other "loaders" dont belong to this release, they are the original files from Z-Machine Interpreter i think

hrm, replaced with a correct and complete d64. c64 loader placed first, then the others.

the other files were loaders for petcbm, c128 and plus4, maybe leaving them inside the d64 would have been better.

All I get is
Error 26End of session - press any key

and resets.
EDIT: Now I see, there are empty/deleted entries in the directory that make the loader go spaz. Added an edited d64 with correctly placed main file and data file in that order.
