Of course, nearly everyone gets to land this rocket at some point without a time limit, but some people would probably like to continue playing straight away, which is possible in the original and you don't get stuck there without landing. Installing an abort bonus level key via run/stop would have gotten around this, but at least after a small test you would have noticed that this is not a good solution using unlimited time here. If you do not play the game it doesn't progress. But this doesn't make you get stuck. I think anyone can land that rocket. The game just waits for your input.
