and btw is it some kind of monthy pythons flick or is it regular commedy/sitcom film ?
or is this guy retarded? sorry I can't really tell after watching this flick.

pixeling is so so though.
this cartoon character is completely unknown in poland... which is wierd as we had this kind of cartoons:

You can google around to find it, it bears a logo there allthrough the face which I removed, and pixeled to this.. Catweazle is a wizard, known from the '70 television series.
