* Now ID3 v2.2 and v2.4 tags are read properly, not just v2.3, v1 or v1.1.
* Fixed playback frequency (was 0.14% off)
* Fixed buffer problem on SuperCPU
* Adjustable stereo depth
* Faster tag skipping, if it's huge
* Print DOS error on exit, if any
