It's hard to tell what the real issue is here but if I read between the lines I'll bet it's some 300 baud user that was pissed that 300 baud got taken away from Strange's BBS. This has good info that helped to clarify a few Db entries, but it has a little too much info, if you know what I mean, and is not suitable for a public download link.
