Some words from the editors:

With the rise of a monthly diskmagazine covering games in 2004, the lack of periodic publishing concerning the C64 demoscene became obvious. Today, we are in a situation where the surviving magazines seem to focus on releasing one bloated issue once every 6 months. Today, media serving up-to-date reviews and commenting contemporary releases are sadly missing. Today, there is a gap between the releases of the demoscene and media coverage - and this is the gap NSR will be trying to fill.
The focus is set towards the northern scene, and if the rest of you like it aswell, we're happy. The magazine is group independent, although released through the firm hands of the three swedish groups Triad, Fairlight and Booze Design. As a magazine, we will never claim to make fair reviews nor to publish objective texts. We're here to state our view and take a stand for the values we momentarily feel fit. For us, media is a way to push the public in the correct direction, and we're not ashamed of having that intention. With other words, you shouldn't take what's written that seriously. We're only in it for the opportunity to raise some hell, once every month or so.

Oh, and don't take that 'every-month-thingy' that seriously either.
