Looks nice, but the graphics seems to be a bit rushed.
The Excess logo in the bottom has some very uncomfortable perspective lines for the eye.
Jolly wobbling across a few different points in space.
With a descent 1 point perspective (could have put the point in the top mid,
just as suggested by the logo), a few lines and tuned anti-alias it could be so much better,
without any cost of time..

Nice one. Animated chars for the big scroller come to my mind, but would be overdone with the flashing I think.
