Because you can't skip the NTSC Intro. Space or anything else doesn't work. Files can be encoded, but the decoding process crashes with a "File open error". While looking at the decompiled code, there are some GOTOs that lead to non existing Linenumbers. Could be a fault by the deblitzer tho.
