Memory test program for the C64. I was writing some memory test routines for a different platform, but I packaged them up with a small C64 UI for SPKR. He has a C64 that boots and can load programs, but memory isn't working reliably, and he doesn't have access to a diag cartridge.

Features and limitations:

• Only tests $0c00-$ffff.
• The computer must function well enough to be able to load and run programs, otherwise you'll need a diag or dead test cartridge.
• It runs continuously and flags any errors, so you can use it for burn in testing.
• The 16x16 area to the right indicates on which page errors occur. Top left is $00xx, bottom right is $FFxx, arranged as $YXxx.

Screenshot is from SPKR's machine that finds errors in $xFxx/$xDxx/$xBxx, making me suspect the 74LS257 at U25. Time will tell :)

Consider the code GPL3 licensed, fork and improve.
