Uses EBCM so I can just screenflip, leaving most of the CPU free for sample playback.

I'd considered messing with the exporter so I could add dark grey to the palette, but it's half midnight on Saturday night and I've other plans for tomorrow, so three colours it is :)

Also, I was going to use soundemon's sample playback technique, but realised at the last minute that scrolling the screen was going to fuck with the timing, so mahoney it is. 8580 preferred, but 6581 works well enough.
