the panic is for sure a bug, thanks for the report, spider :)

I guess it's debatable if blank frames in sprite anims should be supported as it wastes ram, but there also is no harm in doing that for whatever reason.

Crashes when using a single colored "empty" image as source. Came across this as I created an 4x4 sprite animation as PNGs that I wanted to convert "automagically" with the last frame beeing empty.

Although it is probabaly not very useful, but an "empty" image should imho result in "empty" bitmap, sprites etc. filled with 0 (or 1 / "filled" ?).
