I used Bing images "create" function (based on Dall-E) because I don't have access to anything fancy now.

The prompt was "female cyborg ninja in front of a flaming explosion."

(I wanted to combine the theme with my old "Inside Job" picture from 2015, to have something else to compare to.)

From the results I managed to crop something that could be used.

For conversion I used https://www.micheldebree.nl/retropixels/ and fiddled with the parameters there.

To get the "excess use of line-dithering" feel I output two variants with different brightness levels and combined them in Multipaint using a line dithered brush copy of the other image.

I couldn't resist doing hand alterations and cleaning up, but I still wanted the outcome to be low-effort so I stopped.
