Hires bitmap with sprite layer, sprites in top / bottom borders and rastersplits in left border

This is the end screen from The Ghost

There was a couple of gnarly timing issues rendering some sprites twice and also some random garbage pixels. (Both in the demo and in the out-of-compo-version of this image) This time it looks almost like intended and Fegolhuzz song is added for extra entertainment!
