Handlestory :
I used to be kind of obsessed with what handle sounded cool. Not that I was good at it. My first handle was Boogie-Dog, need I say more?
Hammerfist was just released on the Amiga and I think I just blatently copied it for myself.
I used Hammerfist throughout my days in Exotic (C64 group which I co-founded), Xentrix (Amiga) and Score (Amiga group which I also co-founded). Once Score started losing members because of inactivity, I felt a change of handle would be good. I then was The Mule, Ironhide and Amber for a while, finally settling on Roban until I quit the scene altogether halfway through the nineties.
When Infant/Desire convinced me to become active again, I chose the handle that I used the most and under which I had been the most productive.
I discovered there is also a Swedish scener who used to be called Hammerfist. Since he uses a different handle, I see no reason to change mine at the moment. Although, maybe something cooler...? ;)
