This was a great party and maybe I hit the amber fluid a little too hard, but I guess what made it great for me was to have 'chats' with guys long heard of but never met. Jazzcat, Conjuror, Fade, Reload etc, thanks for putting up with my dribble and hope to catch-up with you at the next event.

Ctrix and the crew did a fantastic job under trying conditions, both heat and the space allocation made things interesting.

Oh, and fade, you are a bad influence on me!

The additional prods are being uploaded to scene.org (for other platforms) and should be up soon. There is also a better looking results page with ASCii by Ozzy. I have some video from the event too inclduing the launch of the new EPROM chip.

As Jazzcat mentioned, there were a few probs with the venue being a little small, and the vote system closed early (and took a while to re-enable), plus sound a little lo-fo, etc, but we will get it right for 2010. A new venue (probably a few km out of town) and a better projector / scaling system. Big thanks to all who came and rocked out at Syntax 2009.

With regards to other results, two were amiga and was one spectrum.

Party was awesome, had a great time. Already planning demo for next year, with some in between.

Great party guys

Was fun to chat and do some data - mixed with drinks and good attitudes it's a nice one to remember!

Looking forward to next year, count me in!

Regarding voting, yeah not sure why that is, some entries are in the wrong places (in my view). Projector versus gamma/interlace can mislead a bit.

Next time party venue should be bigger. It was located in the perfect place though and was quite fun to see tourists and locals walking by looking in with a bizarre "wtf" expression on their face.

Also, the demos that played all day long, great selection of classics - it really got the throng happy!
