Wingman later became Coldrake in 1991, hence the connection between the old Noble Order of Thieves and the rebuild.

From Psychic Judo scroll text:

"Hey there .. This is Cat from NOT .. (In case you didn't know .. NOT has merged with Jolt) the Noble Order of Thieves .. Bringing you Psychic Judo on 06-03-89"

... and now who is Jolt?

When Ninjasbane made this entry I asked him if it was an earlier version of the 1992 NOT and he couldn't remember the name of the group.

If this is in fact the original Noble Order of Thieves then the 1992 rebuild by Coldrake is certainly one of these "fake rebuilds". There is zero connection between the groups and at least a three year lapse.

This was just an earlier incarnation of the group. (Noble Order of Thieves)

I remember Coldrake posting something about restarting that group, but don't quote me on that. It's 20 yaers.

Had the same question in my head, as even this phrase is included in one of the intro texts. But that requires some US scene veteran to be confirmed ;)
