Intro designer team of Varsity. The backstory is that around 1992 most members of Varsity either stopped or were very lazy. The last two active members, 2Hip and Charlie decided to make a sublabel called „2&C“. So in fact 2&C isn‘t a group, but a sublabel of Varsity. 2&C died with the demise of Charlie on 31st of May 1993.
