"Problem" is if sceners A & B got spread disk with "RIP-004", both would generate "RIP-005" and spread thouse, so in theory it's possible that many do never get archived here because someone sees "RIP-0XY" is already here and it looks pretty similar though it could in fact be sth like a different "fork" so to speak...

Pretty cool. You add your own comment by pressing 'P'. This gets saved to a new file named with a new number, and the old one is removed. See if you can find any other 'RIP-xxx's.
