One of the best solo parts in SID's history ;) | User Comment Submitted by Krill on 13 September 2012
After having read Peiselulli's interview here http://csdb.dk/release/?id=111244, i realized that the main gameplay code can be optimized for a full RAM-only crack.
You can disable all badlines with two $d011 writes per frame, and you don't have to resync to the timer in every line.
Maybe this will even leave enough spare cycles for a tune.
So, any crackers worth the title left? :) | User Comment Submitted by enthusi on 22 April 2012 User Comment Submitted by hedning on 22 April 2012 User Comment Submitted by Heavy Stylus on 29 February 2012 User Comment Submitted by Heavy Stylus on 28 February 2012 User Comment Submitted by Yogibear on 6 December 2011 User Comment Submitted by Richard on 2 December 2011
Awesome music, good gameplay :) | User Comment Submitted by psych on 2 December 2011
Finally! I was waiting for this tune since X'2010. This is where I had a chance to listen to it for the very first time (unfinished). Since than this melody plays in my head. Love it! | User Comment Submitted by Stainless Steel on 2 December 2011

Thanks Hooker, was kind a nice to pick up a track again I started over a year ago. Time flies. | User Comment Submitted by booker on 2 December 2011
Very nice soundtrack (+ happy to hear Linus again, beeaatch) and good choice on disabling filters when 6581 is detected! :)
Nicely done hehe, seen orignal Atari 2600 version on youtube and had no idea what's going on on the screen :))
/ed/ this helps ;D
Never played the original game I have no idea what to do after destroying the ship's shield... but well :))
Ok,found it :D

@ Wile Coyote: that image is straight from the gameboy color version :) | User Comment Submitted by Wile Coyote on 2 December 2011
Thumbs up to the open border design.
I liked the colouful image that appears on the title screen.
Game play wasn't my cup of tea.
Loved the tune! :D

@rough: Flaschbier! The good old days!
Using the border for a game is absolutely innovative! Perfect coding. But I have to say that I've never been a fan of this game... | User Comment Submitted by Paulko64 on 1 December 2011
That title music, WOW...
Game is not bad either ;-) | User Comment Submitted by Mactron on 1 December 2011
10 for this fantastic game and +1 for making a real crt ;)
| User Comment Submitted by Heavy Stylus on 1 December 2011
It was tested already - on hardware :) | User Comment Submitted by Peiselulli on 1 December 2011
Can somebody test if this runs also on a real NTSC machine ? I could test it only on VICE :-<
| User Comment Submitted by lemming on 1 December 2011
Of course this can be run from an EasyFlash cart too ;-) use Draco Cart Maker to compile a list of titles if you don't want to dedicate the whole EF-cart to a single crt.
Anyway, this is pretty much superb!

Coolness.
From Flaschbier to Yars Revenge! ;) | User Comment Submitted by Heavy Stylus on 1 December 2011
This game is the bomb - one of my favourites from the compo. Classic gameplay, fullscreen action and kick ass music! | User Comment Submitted by Peiselulli on 1 December 2011
Sorry, no .prg or .d64 yet. Runs on cartridge only. Use Emulator or for example 1541U to run it on real hardware. Happy cracking :->
