dunno, it's still long from being usable for me, keyboard act weird (no shifted keys apart nuberkeys, no regular c64 chars in their positions) and still fails to load and run the programs i already reported in the thread. | User Comment Submitted by Slajerek on 25 June 2016
I would call this a maintenance release. I reviewed what needs to be done to have newest Vice 2.4.28, it's in progress, but not ready for this release. Enjoy!

Bug fixed: Key "7" was not mapped to C64 (thanks Wolfram Heyer for spotting this)
Bug fixed: Basic pointers $2D-$32, $AE/$AF were initialised when PRG is loaded and basic SYS is detected. That caused some decrunchers to not work properly when PRG was started automatically (thanks Michael Tackett for reporting and iAN CooG for help)
