Oh, I got 2 more ready that are more ‘from the heart’, just wanted to release this one to stir the pot. Perhaps make people wonder “well what exactly is a logo?” and “what’s the purpose of a logo?” And stir the pot id did as I see. But not much conversation, just some kind of “culture battle” with ratings.

I think instead of using an existing font, maybe, since you have made very creative material in the past should try to do something from your own heart.
And don’t shoot the messenger here, the dithering on top is clever, but won’t take you anywhere with using a font not done by you. It's not that kind of compo!
It's a competition driven by creative forces and personal, original outcome!

Votes tell this is a highly controversial entry. How come?

Votes tell their evident truth and I guess this guy forgot the first part of the rules: "- All entries must be original - - -".
He was kind enough to credit the font-maker in the production note. And god forbid, he has 2 chances left. This one has to go to the shame-book :D

are we supposed to credit standard font designers?

I am actually surprised "fonts" wasn't mentioned at all in the recent outcries.

Real catchy slogan that one! I think it's clevery done with the one-pixel - two-pixel size giving it a different kind of feeling of the grey color.
And that the one pixel-solution almost blends with the border color.

Looks very neat!

(also: are we supposed to credit standard font designers? Then I have a lot work to do :D)
