For sure 99 of 100 ppl will prefer cross dev tools today. But anyway, this is quite powerful native hardware stuff, especially for its time - and interesting trivia info :) | User Comment Submitted by Silver Dream ! on 2 April 2014
Unlike one of my friends, I haven't programmed anything serious in ML monitor. I switched to an excellent macro-assembler very early and used ML monitor only for quick'n dirty test code to check something out very quickly. So yes - it was programmed using Macro Assembler and I would probably have released the sources long time ago but there are two important aspects about this. First is that I don't remember the exact terms of the contract I sold the program for. It might be that I am not legally entitled to do so. But the second aspect is that I haven't found the complete set of latest sources. It might be that Madam Dybowska who owes me my full box of diskettes accidentally took a disk or two with my sources (would be my fault if those floppies were in that box). Otherwise I don't know what happened to them. I did find some parts. Those were once stored on a floppy, copy of which was sent to Japan as a proof of our programming abilities and proof of copyright ownership for Multidrawer, which I tried to sell there as well. But for obvious reasons they are incomplete. The only thing I can release then are those parts which I found on that "Japan" floppy... | User Comment Submitted by Brush on 12 January 2014
Have you programmed it in monitor or in assembler? At this point in life, how about releasing the sources if you have them. Multi Drawer was a very interesting tool and few of my gfx friends were using it exclusively for char based logos etc. :) | User Comment Submitted by Digger on 23 May 2012
Have drawn my first logos with this program. |
