I tried out Tiger Hell and can't understand, what's so special about it.
THIS is just ANOTHER SEUCK-Shooter (though it's not a bad one...)!
Gold Quest is much more inventive and seems much harder to me.

One of few S.(E.)U.C.K. games actually worth mentioning is Tiger Hell...

Hi, maybe I make a mistake to release Gold Quest III here.

S.E.U.C.K. is for me only a tool to make faster Games than BASIC-Games. I don´t like Shooters! In the Gold Quest - Saga is not the first thing to shoot everything. The first thing is to search gold and other things like it. The main stategy is sometimes only to wait and then collect goods or run away from the bad guys. I want to make an Action-Adventure not a Shooter!

I like kids, so I like the Scene!

@Slator:
Then do it, at least then there would be every single commodore software ever written online. Weither its crappy or good.
No bad alphas and no "10?"HELLO!""`s, but that should be common sense ;)

I originally did a +7 trainer but I decided not to release it and deleted entry CSDB id=43510, before I even uploaded the game. Main reason was because I had second thoughts about uploading the joke release and also to show respect to the game's author. No harm done :)

Maybe I got something wrong in here but since when are s.e.u.c.k. games called scene releases? It is neither a cool 1st release by crypt nor a demo. Maybe someone should start adding every single PD release that was done on the C64 to csdb so that real scener heroes like BastetFurry and rastaman can enjoy true quality releases... Nothing against the work of Richard this time as at least his musics are ok ;-D

Oh noes! PLEASE don't be mean to the people who make seuck games or they might STOP MAKING SEUCK GAMES AND ADDING THEM TO CSDB, AND LEAVE THE SCENE, and that would be bad, mkay? NOW, we can surely all agree that YOU who complain about these games are CLUELESS BASTARDS. Now, BEFORE you pass judgement on the work of others I wish you would stop to think about the fact that you might FUCKING KILL their creativity and you wouldn't want that now, would YOU!

I think, Gold Quest III is one of the best S.E.U.C.K. Games ever made. Comparing sth. like this to Games coded in assembler is unfair. I think it can only destroy the motivation of amateurs to participate in the scene. What do you expect from that?
If you don't like S.E.U.C.K. games you may ignore them and shut the fuck up!

Hey, we have our dignity.
I won't even touch this game with a 10 feet pole.
Besides that, cracking SEUCK games is so TWR-like... bah.

TWR-like = The easy way! Seuck needs no cracking! This game could use a fistful of trainers, that'll be my next project. Give the "csdb-scene-police" what they deserve - no respect. :-D

Funny to see people judging about the "scene" I never heard of before...

And S.E.U.C.K. is always C.R.A.P.

I love those "better release crap than nothing"-statements.

@radiantx: shame on you for forming an opinion before checking out this excellent, mindblowing project which will probably turn the C64 gaming industry upside-down! You deserve a downvote!

I have not played this, but since it's made in SEUCK, chances are very good that it is crap. And there are quite a few new games released for the C64 every month, most of them non-SEUCK, so please go complaining somewhere else about how stupid people are for not liking three-hour made triquels to crappy shooters and how they're killing the crap game scene etc. It's not impossible to release quality games these days, just look at Cadaver's excellent catalogue.

@BastetFury: There was something like 60 fucking games in the last year, didn't you notice go(v) reviewing new games every fucking month?

it's games like that that make me depressed and not want to do it anymore. sigh.

At least it is a new game for our breadbin. And its fun too. ;)
@Danzig:
Before coding some demos, why dont YOU code a game when you are sooo good at coding?
Make us all go "WOW!" with YOUR new C64 game. THEN come back and criticise someone who uses Seuck.

So something new can't be crap?

Edit: and it is a #&^@# SEUCK game.
FFS! It *IS* crap!

I think that it is a new game. A new game for the C64. Not a highlight but something new. So Danzig´s comment is crap.
