It wasn't wired, took bloody ages at the time and was done entirely in funpaint. I can't find any workstages, though I'm not going to lose any sleep about what people think about old crap copy-pic anyway. I did find "version 1" of the pic which was done in UFLI, several years before TCH started using the mode (see the downloads above). It's only at its very early stages as I decided the mode wasn't powerful enough to do things like this, shows what I know! I presume the outlines were wired on that version, hence the scattered black pixels to the left.

I don't think so, at least I couldn't believe Deev would touch-up a converted picture, the dithering looks handpixelled to me. The motive reminds me a bit of Wade's graphics.
