I like loading things off tape (i'm one of the idiots who downloads from tapes.c64.no and then loads tapes on emulators just to watch the tape loaders :-p), and I bought this game (yes, we're gonna review it this month), but sometimes I find myself really wanting a disk version, you know :).
So yeah, cracking tape only games actually makes sense :-p. |

| @oswald: =) Haha, my question was rather internal. U see, the day before this release Twoflower asked me how to read the keyboard buffer using the kernal. My answer was something like: "I'm an LDA #$35 STA $01 guy... I dunno.. :D " Then I posted some link to AAY. |

| Would have been nice as a freeware game. I don't think anyone should feel bad for not buying this, however if having physical media is your thing then by all means go for it. |

| Pretty good game, considering today's standards. It's missing a nice soundtrack though. And the keyboard routine really feels flakey, just like in the past :P |

| Well, never had to use that one. :-) In all seriousity though, I had preferred to not see this uploaded here. Whiners like D0c really should have bought it instead. To just play the game is to rob yourself of half the experience of which the rest consists of 1) getting a new game in your post, with cover and instructions 2) loading it, buiding up expectations and enjoying using your C-64 for what it was supposed to do. |
