they started building the memorial in 2003 and it was opened to the public in 2005. vn was released in 2002. =)

Marcin: Actually not at all, that is a mere co-incidence. The inspiration were the movie War Games, the Hacker games, bad cyberpunk movies plus dopey intellectually unchallenging times at alternative service back in the days. :)
