I introduced 3SID tracker at Arok 2008, and it seems, there are some new elements never used (keyboard-track). Some said, the usage is easy enough. Thanks, I hope You use it in the future sometimes...:) tip:3SID capable (Vice)Emulators are easy way instead of hardware-solution..

Your right, but place is too little for 3 SID (2SID also too large).

I designed a circuit with 10 elements (2 transistor, resistors, diodes) which can change adresses for the 2 additional SIDs. Simple and easy-to-build. For 2nd SID 5 elements are enough.

If You give me an e-mail address, I would send the wiring in picture.

I'd rather not stack them, but make a board to put them side by side in separate sockets.
Much easier to also add amplification circuit and filter caps too, that way.

In addition, I believe that a 74LS138, a 74LS139 and some wires will enable you to put the SIDs on different addresses.

Yeah, I will put a special heatsink on and between them. I haven't had problems with heat yet, but safeness is important, so I advise everybody to put heatsink on their SIDs.

Some C64s include heatsink-shielding on their mainboards, some of them not, but I think, escpecially in summer, we need a heatsink to protect SIDs, even if they are standalone.

Stacking 3 SIDs is crazy! :D
(Won't they become too hot?)
